Our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
Amounts committed in Agarvedaa Agro Tech Pvt Ltd plans are allocated towards long-term agricultural and agroforestry projects (e.g., Agarwood planting, Tea cultivation). Due to the nature of these tangible biological assets, commitments are generally non-refundable once the planting process has commenced.
Participants may request a cancellation of their plan within 7 days of the initial transaction, provided that the funds have not yet been deployed into the project. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 14-21 business days. Agarvedaa Agro Tech is not responsible for any delays caused by the participant's bank or payment gateway.
In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure) that severely impact the agricultural projects, refunds or payouts may be delayed or restructured in accordance with the severity of the event.
